HCRC was established in 2001 and performed numerous projects in different provinces of Afghanistan in various field as construction of Schools, Clinics, roads, Culverts, Bridges, Buildings Pipe line, sewage systems, painting and electrification. Which were funded by Governmental National and International Organizations?
                                
This company was initially named as (SOR) Social Organization for Afghanistan. As per expansion of programs and new Modernization style construction  there was need to have a tremendous  Idea , therefore the HCRC was build in the above mentioned time for the first time.

 Our main office is situated in Kabul and sub offices are in Kandahar, Jalal. Abad, Helmand, Ghazni, Baghlan and other offices will lunch according to the need of organizations or local communities.
